1 Jones Dairy Farm Hickory Smoked Ham
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Remove ham from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. Unwrap ham and place on large cutting board, fat side up. Score ham in diamond pattern with 1/2-inch deep cuts.
In mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and brown sugar until smooth. Brush half of glaze over ham.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Place ham (fat side up) on foil lined baking sheet. Cook, uncovered, in oven 15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
