Enjoy these main ingredient substitutions:
1/2 cup Jones Heritage Ham, diced
1/4 cup baby bella mushrooms, sliced
12 cherry tomatoes
3 garlic cloves, sliced thin
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
4-5 fresh sage leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 bundles of pappardelle noodles
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook noodles.
Dice ham, slice mushrooms and mince garlic.
Place the ham in a medium pan over low heat.
Once the fat begins to melt, add mushrooms and garlic, cook all ingredients until golden brown.
Add butter to the pan and cook over low heat until the butter is golden brown, then add the sage and tomatoes.
Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss, then add cheese and toss again.
