All Natural Antibiotic Free No Sugar Pork Breakfast Sausage Roll
1 (6 oz) Jones All Natural No Sugar Roll Sausage
1 (12 oz) package of cauliflower rice
2 tablespoons of sausage drippings
1/2 cup frozen pea and carrot mix
1 clove of garlic, minced
4 green onions, sliced thin
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 large egg
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons Gluten Free soy sauce (Tamari)
2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large frying pan, brown sausage over medium heat. Remove sausage and reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings.
Turn heat up to medium high and add cauliflower rice. Cook until rice begins to brown.
Add ginger, garlic, and green onion. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add carrots and peas. Then add beaten egg and cook until egg is set.
Finish the rice with sesame oil, Tamari, and cilantro.
