Hand prepared meats are available every day in the fresh deli case. One of our customer favorites includes the Herb Tied Roasts that are prepared with fresh herbs grown from the vegetable garden located right on the Jones property.
A Wisconsin favorite, our delicious German Brats are made from a 2nd Generation family recipe from Germany that uses only fresh, lean pork stuffed in a natural casing. We also offer a flavorful twist on our German Brats and cold smoke them for that deep and rich smoky flavor.

Our onsite Chef Shaun Edwards makes this seasoned sausage from lean cuts of pork along with cheese and a special blend of pepper, garlic, and other seasonings all packed into a large casing and smoked. You’ll love this sausage as a lunchmeat or accompanied by crackers for a satisfying appetizer or snack.

From sandwich slices to whole, bone-in hams, we’ve got the perfect variety for any occasion. Naturally smoked with real hickory or Cherrywood, our Certified Gluten-Free hams, ham steaks and ham slices are always fresh and made with the leanest cuts of meat. No fillers are ever added. Whether you use our hams in sandwiches, salads or as the star of the plate, our attention to detail translates to better quality you can taste.
Not only is our pulled pork smoked and hand seasoned, but we also use a house made rub with a signature spice blend which gives it an unmatched, savory flavor. Fully cooked, just heat and serve with your favorite barbeque
Italian sausage stuffed with smoked string cheese from Wisconsin. These are sold in a muffin type tray so once you get home all you have to do is place them on a sheet pan and pop them in the oven!
German recipe with a creamier texture than our packaged liver sausage. It is made with old school ingredients and our own custom blend of spices. Also known as Braunschweiger and Liverwurst, Liver Sausage is a smooth, decadent treat that’s great on its own or in a sandwich. Ours is even certified gluten-free, so everyone can enjoy.
Usinger’s Snack Sticks
At the Jones Market we offer two types of Usinger’s hickory snack sticks; mild and hot. These are made with both pork and beef and ready to eat. As for the hot, Usinger’s add a touch of garlic plus paprika and red pepper to bring in the heat. Both of these are slowly smoked for days over their hickory slabs in their old-fashioned brick smokehouses. These are available in singles in the meat case or a 3 lb. package (approx. 36 links).

Made with lean pork and Canadian bacon, and maple flavored, Jones Protein Sticks are a perfect combination of sweet and savory.
