Mariah was born and raised in Fort Atkinson. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Rivers Falls with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science–Dairy Business. She worked for Pfizer Animal Health in New York State for four years and received a Master’s of Education from Roberts Wesleyan College, obtaining her teaching certification in high school Biology. Mariah moved back to Wisconsin with her husband and two children in 2007 where she blended both of her degrees and started an agri-tourism business with her family. She joined the Jones Dairy Farm team in 2013 to assist with developing the all-new Jones Market.
CIA graduate Shaun Edwards has been with Jones Dairy Farm since 2013. In his current capacity, Shaun helps create new foodservice and retail products. He oversees menu development, manages the kitchen and makes traditional German sausages at the Jones Market. Shaun’s previous culinary experience includes a stint at Cirque Du Soleil cooking for their VIP and Bistro concept and working as a line cook in New York City, Charleston, SC and West Virginia. Although a Florida native, Shaun has discovered a love for hunting deer, pheasant, ducks, and turkeys since moving to Wisconsin. Shaun also took advantage of the University of Wisconsin Madison Extension’s 2-year Master Meat Crafter Program, graduating in 2016.
Leslie Willitz has a strong background in food safety, food production and management with more than twenty years of experience. She has many years in Deli, Bakery, and Front End/Customer Service combined experience, and uses skills learned there to make sure Jones Dairy Farm products are provided to our customers in the safest way possible. Leslie has been with Jones Market since 2019 and has played a crucial role in marketing our products both in store and online for the past two years. In her free time, Leslie likes to spend time with her family and grandkids, go on bike rides, cook and bake delicious food.
